Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the items you are buying. Our website will automatically calculate delivery charges for orders in the United Kingdom when you add items to your shopping cart. For orders outside of the UK please contact us for a delivery quote. sales@thisispretty.co.uk
We ship the orders using recorded 1st Class but if you wish us to send it 'next day delivery' let us know by email (using 'contact us' page) or give us a call 0044 7865594619.
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days (please allow 1-3 days for the delivery to arrive). If an item is not in stock you will be notified by email or call, and given the option to cancel your order if you wish.
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases. However, should you wish to return any items, for refund or exchange, please notify us and return the goods within 14 days. (The cost for sending the goods back is the customer’s responsibility unless the goods are faulty or damaged).
Please note, with our accessories (such as tiaras, hair bands, necklaces, bracelets and all kind of jewellery) when you receive any of these items, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt. (Please note earrings and personalised items cannot be returned, unless faulty).

Any orders placed between 15 November and 21 December can be returned for a refund up until 13 January.
